Mini Trip

We spent a couple of days in Atlanta with some of my family. The Georgia aquarium, delicious curried chicken and a fabulous brunch made our trip perfect. It’s always so nice to have a fresh perspective and makes home all the more welcoming after a few days away. The kids loved the sights and time with their Opa, aunts and uncles and we loved eating delicious meals and getting away from the daily grind of farm work and country life for a couple of days. Still, it’s so good to be home and back to our usual, sometimes slow, often quiet and always peaceful pace of life.

XO,

Melissa

At 10 months old, our sweet Buttercup has a bit of hair on top of that precious head of hers. Yesterday it looked a bit like a dorsal fin. Everything about her is precious. I don’t feel too guilty sharing it with you either, since this isn’t our Urbanna Farm business blog and it’s not…

I immediately pictured cheese and olives and the gorgeous comb on a platter. Surely some fancy restaurant or boutique has a better…

Andy’s got jury duty this week. It’s so strange for him to not be on the farm, but the kids and I decided to take a little off-farm trip of our own, so we went to town for some errands and fun. I didn’t take any photos of our time at the library, park or…
